Lifecycle Governance™

Verification & Governance Methodology

This page explains our governance methodology: how we verify documentation, what the Lifecycle Verified badge means, and the clear limits of verification. Our approach is documentation-based, transparent, and designed to support — not replace — your own due diligence.

Lifecycle Aesthetic is an information and coordination platform. It is not a clinic and does not provide medical procedures. All medical decisions must be made directly with your chosen provider.

1. What verification means

A "Lifecycle Verified" status indicates that we have reviewed governance documentation supplied by a clinic and confirmed it against the relevant public registers or recognised sources at a point in time. It is a documentation-based assurance signal, not a clinical endorsement.

2. What we review

  • Confirmation of practitioner registration on the relevant national medical register.
  • Evidence of recognised specialist qualifications for the procedures advertised.
  • Governance documentation such as policies, insurance, and complaints procedures where provided.
  • Basic clinic identity and operating information.

3. What verification does not do

  • It does not replace statutory licensing or regulatory authorisation.
  • It does not guarantee clinical outcomes or the suitability of any procedure for you.
  • It does not constitute medical advice or an endorsement of any provider.
  • It does not continuously monitor a provider between review cycles.

4. Point-in-time and ongoing accuracy

Verification reflects the documentation available at the time of review. Clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate, current information and for notifying us of material changes. We re-review on a periodic basis and may suspend or remove a badge where information is found to be inaccurate or out of date.

5. Your own due diligence

We encourage every individual to independently confirm a provider's statutory licensing and credentials, and to discuss risks, alternatives, and aftercare directly with the provider before proceeding. Verification is a starting point for trust, not a substitute for your own checks.

6. Reporting concerns

If you believe a verified clinic's information is inaccurate or have a governance concern, contact our governance team through the platform. We review credible concerns and take proportionate action.
