We are not a clinic, medical provider, or regulated healthcare service, and we do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the platform
Lifecycle Aesthetic provides:
- A directory of aesthetic clinics and practitioners.
- A verification framework based on documentation submitted by clinics.
- A system for patients to request consultations or quotes.
- A space for verified patient reviews.
We do not:
- Provide medical procedures.
- Guarantee clinical outcomes.
- Interfere with pricing or treatment decisions.
- Replace statutory licensing or regulatory obligations.
All medical decisions must be made directly with your chosen provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old.
- Legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Using the platform for lawful purposes.
Clinics must be legally registered entities with appropriate insurance and regulatory compliance.
4. User responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use the platform respectfully.
- Not impersonate others.
- Not misuse enquiry systems.
- Not post defamatory, harmful, or misleading content.
Users must verify clinic credentials independently before undergoing any treatment.
5. Clinic responsibilities
Clinics listed on the platform agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain valid insurance and regulatory compliance.
- Respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure all claims and descriptions are truthful.
- Comply with CQC, JCCP, and emerging 2026 licensing standards (where applicable).
Clinics remain solely responsible for their services, advice, and clinical outcomes.
6. Verification & "Lifecycle Verified" badge
The "Lifecycle Verified" badge indicates that a clinic has submitted documentation for review, including:
- Practitioner credentials.
- Insurance.
- Registration.
- Governance policies.
Verification does not:
- Guarantee clinical performance.
- Replace statutory licensing.
- Certify medical outcomes.
- Confirm ongoing compliance.
Clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate information.
7. Consultations & quotes
When a user requests a consultation or quote:
- The request is transmitted directly to the clinic.
- We do not participate in medical decision-making.
- We do not set or influence pricing.
- We do not guarantee clinic response times.
All communication after the initial enquiry is between the user and the clinic.
8. Reviews
Users may submit reviews based on real interactions. We may remove reviews that are:
- Abusive.
- Fraudulent.
- Irrelevant.
- Legally problematic.
We do not edit review content except to enforce policy or comply with law.
9. Intellectual property
All branding, design, verification frameworks, and platform content are the intellectual property of Lifecycle Aesthetic Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for clinical outcomes.
- We are not liable for practitioner performance.
- We are not liable for pricing, advice, or treatment decisions.
- We are not liable for user-clinic interactions.
- We are not liable for inaccurate or outdated clinic information.
Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. No medical advice
The platform does not provide:
- Medical advice.
- Diagnosis.
- Treatment recommendations.
- Risk assessments.
Always consult a qualified medical professional.
12. Data protection & GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR principles:
